at this site, they show the air force and navy insignia for every country that has one it seems. but how in the heck did any 3rd world country establish an air force, and maybe even a navy?isn't it gonna be expensive?(i mean no offense to those who have nationalities that are from 3rd world countries)

i've read that people are considered asian only if they live in southern,southeastern,or eastern asia. so how come people in the southwest,north,west, arent considered asians since they are in asia?

the old way of saying non-commissioned officcer is:jun shi(army soldier)
but now they say shi guan(soldier official)

commisioned officer is jun guan(army oficial)

ok. by he way valtrex, flag officers are in the navy like rear adm.-adm of the navy(dunno if commodore is a flag officer) brig.gen,maj.gen.lt.gen.gen.-those are gen. officers just to let u know. but what exactly is a COMMISION?
