Its fictive rank insignia, Erskine likes to make up groups (seperatist movements, fictional nations, etc) and make rank insignia for their military forces. A couple of years ago I tryed to make some new rank badges for the swiss army, just for fun. I had (and have...) no expirence with graphic programmes and just used the old MS Paint for that. The idea was to make ranks for wearing in front of the body, over the breast. Maybe with some magnet system....
