I noticed several mistakes on the pages ralating to the Finnish Defence Forces as it is officially in Finland known. Before WWII Finland had an Army but after the war it was changed to The Finnish Defence Forces.
Nowdays the Anti-Aircraft Artillery is better known as Air Defence since also missiles are also used. Generals in Finland if they wear collar patches wear those of the General Staff regardless of their service branch unless they serve or have served in the Air Force or retired and therfore they may have the older uniform in use. A good exalple is the late Infantry General Adolf Ehnroth. I will answer any questions referring to the subject as I know somthing and I have several friends working fulltime in the Defence Forces. Where should I send additional details? I know how the ranks of the Finnish Frontier Guard are arranged.
