Hello, I need some input on special forces ranks

Hi everybody, and again, as usual, I need some help regarding naming the ranks. I was looking at the book called Encyclopedia of Worlds Special Forces, and find out that some special forces’ units do not have straightforward army/navy ranks, but weird “security” ranks, that resemble very close to police. So, what is an appropriate rank title chain for organization within the military, but separate, main duty is to provide security of state (special investigations), Black Ops, assassinations, and elite troop enforcement in case of war? I need some input regarding titles, maybe like Agent, Inspector, Commander, Commandant, Director.

Hi, I already did my special forces ranks, but now sort of dilemma regarding naval ranks. Because of suppressive nature of the state, though it is an Anglo-Chinese state, a lot of German (Nazish) attributes used including in naming of the ranks. Another thing, instead of creating new thread, I am going to utilize this one due to relation of the question. In time of my special ops rank research, I found a new rank – Kommandeur, as in Commander, my question to the German language specialists, can be this title used as a naval rank for a space navy, thus crating this chain of ranks: Leutnant (Fahnrich zur Raum), Oberleutnant, Hauptleutnant, Leutnant-Kommandeur, Kommandeur, Kapitan zur Raum (Kosmos).

Kommandeur is not a rank; Kommandeur means onlay head of ...

Maybe you can use:
Fähnrich der Raumflotte, Leutnant der RF, Oberleutnant der RF, Hauptleutnant der RF, Kapitänleutnant der RF, Kapitän der RF, Kapitän der RF 1. Klasse, Kommodore der RF, Konteradmiral, Vizeadmiral, Admiral, Generaladmiral or Flottenadmiral, Großadmiral

Thank you for interesting rank system, though I though that rank of Flottenadmiral always equal to Kommodore. Anyway, I was wondering would be to the NCO rank system: I did sort of Raumann, Oberraumann, Hauptraumann, Unteroffizere, Bootsmann, Oberbootsmann.

the Kommodore is equal to Flottillenadmiral; Flottenadmiral is used for a so called five star admiral e.g. in the US navy. Enlisted men and NCO ranks could be: Raumflottenkadett, Raumflottengefreiter; Raumflottenobergefreiter, RF-Hauptgefreiter, RF-Stabsgefreiter, RF-Oberstabsgefreiter, RF-Maat, RF-Obermaat, RF-Hauptmaat, RF-Bootsmann, RF-Oberbootsmann, RF-Hauptbootsmann, RF-Stabsbootsmann, RF-Oberstabsbootsmann and for Warrant Officers Deckoffizier and Oberdeckoffizier
