What country is the lady in the picture with the kids from? A person on another forum says China but I say not.

Judging from her camouflage uniform, and her epaulettes, I would say China.

I remember a couple of years ago when I was in China working, I've bought a VCD regarding PLA's uniforms, I've got some recollection of the kinds of camouflage uniforms they had.
