Web-site technical problem

Today I've attempted to find some insignia on the web-site, but found out, that not a single links seem to work :( And if you'll try to open them on a new window, you'll get http://www.uniforminsignia.org main page again.

I use Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; ru; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6 on WinXP Sp2.

Yup, this is also happening to me in both Mozilla and Internet Explorer

I use Internet Explorer
I did use a different way of entering the pages without going to the main page but now all i get is the main page and it does not work.
