Supreme Commander game for PC

I just bought this game for my PC and it is perfect for creating whole armed forces and waging a theater level combined armes conflict. The game comes with a plot and story line for each of the three factions playable in he game. I, however, choose to design my own armed forces story and just play the skirmish mode of the game.

Anyway here are the uniforms I have designed for the more Nato looking faction. I have used a bunch of Medic_in_Uniform's graphics a templates. Thanks Medic.

I suggest looking the game up online if interested. I will continue to work on the other factions, but encourage anyone else to design their own forces rank and uniformes.

I am an American so my uniforms obviously are inspired by those models. I just went in the direction of alternate future.

As far as I remember , the game Supreme Commander set in a far future, and even so, where the other 2 factions? I also wonder, why in a world should be the US insignias, why not European, or Russian? (so, what if American, world is big). Furthermore, if I remember correctly, one faction based on Alien race, so might have some sort of insignias, but the Cybrons (or what ever the name), they close to the Star Trek's Borg, so they do not need any insignias. On the other hand, those ranks would be right for GDI from the Command and Conquer games. Even though GDI is an international military, it indeed based initially on the US, otherwise pictures are very good, as usual, Good Job there!

Supreme Commander features three factions with fully robotic armies commanded by pilots (Commanders) on ACUs (Armored Command Units). As stated in the game, those pilots hold Army officer ranks.

Such an army would have few non-officers, and those would probably not play any combat role.

I´ve made some images of officer rank insignia for the three factions of the original SupCom. These ranks are based on the ranks mentioned in the game, from lowest to highest, with some additions to Cybran and Aeon ranks to make them have the same number of officer ranks . There would be only one rank structure for each faction because a single Commander commands land, naval, and air units.

As for the private and NCO ranks, I´ve still not thought about a rank structure, but it would probably not have many ranks... possibly only Private, Corporal, Sergeant and Sergeat Major (UEF).

Maybe you´ve noticed that I´ve made the Aeon rank insignia somewhat similar to British Army officer rank insignia. I´ve decided to do that because the Aeon are a monarchy, ruled by a Princess .

Looking carefully in the UEF campaign intro vid, I´ve noticed that UEF officers wear collar insignia on dress uniform. I will make drawings of them and post as soon as I can.

In the fictional Supreme Commander Universe I have created humanity is so removed from each other on far-flung colonies that when they occasionally do meet it is over additional resources.

Islam either survives till the 28th century or it has reconstituted in the colonies of Muslims that would have established on some planets.

I've noticed that the insignia previously posted here for the 3 original factions have been lost, so I decided to create new ones.

We can notice that the Aeon has two unique ranks, both appointed by the Princess at separate moments: the Avatar-of-War, the official leader of the Aeon army, and the Champion, who receives missions directly from the Princess.
