I like your presentation especially having the General officer ranks given specific insignia. My only comment is with the other ranks insignia. It is my opinion that only NCO's should wear chevrons. If you want to give private soldiers sort of step insignia thats fine. How about using the U.S. Navy's way of using one to three narrow diagonal stripes to indicate or-1 through or-3. Then use chevrons or chevrons and rockers or ties for five or six grades of NCO.
