Alternate French National Police

Based on the discussion regarding new french national police insignias and the pressure from the gendarmerie that the police not adopt military insignias, here are some alternate ones that take inspiration from existing ones and from other institutions.

Note that the ranks are not the current ones but the ones as they should be in the next few years following the "revalorisation" effort.

I noticed several times that French general-officers and equivalents have a star more than stars which would be necessary in other countries.
