I have been a long time Marvel comics collector. I largely collect 1962-1992. Anyway, I have these recently published Marvel Atlas that go into surprising detail on each fictive state in the MU.

I created a couple charts based upon the visual information in the issues, but also extrapolation and supposition on the full patterns.

Latveria was the hardest because it is located in the Balkans, but largely isolated and has a tiny population that mostly consists of Victor Von Doom's Romy Gypsy clan. I picked Romanian because I figure that is the counter balance to Hungary, which Doom held animosity against. Doom preferred robot guardians to unpredictable humans anyway and likely there would be few officers. Any officer would have to be on guard that his colleagues could be Doom's androids and spies!
