I think it might be fair to assume that Pavel has moved on to other projects. Considering the site and domain name still work, I would further assume however that he or someone else still pay for upkeep so at least we have the forum.

As I suggest every year or so, If we want to have an updated site, we probably need to either set up a mirror site or move stuff to the Insignias wiki I set up years ago. I noticed that sketor7558 has been uploading some of his stuff already.

Anyone should feel free to add a page or edit existing ones, you don't even need to sign in (unless of course we end up with spam problems). I'll see how I can give admin privilege to admins from the forum who wants them.

I'm wondering what would be the best way to carry over datas. For one thing, I'd rather not copy over images without the permission of their graphic designer. I guess we could redo the images when feasible and give a "source" credit.

We could try to reach to people and simply encourage them to transfer their own image at their own pace or maybe set ourselves some sort of weekly challenge as encouragement. ex: "this week is abu dabhi week" or "this week is police insignias week"
