Royal Winnipeg Rifles – “Little Black Devils” Badge (Canada

I mentioned a while back that I would add this.

Formed in 1883 as the 90th Winnipeg Battalion of Rifles, this regiment has a long and valiant battle history from the Nile, Khartoum, Boer War, WWI & WWII. Since 1945 it exists as a single battalion in the Canadian Armed Forces Militia.
Nickname: Little Black Devils
Motto: HOSTI ACIE NOMINATI “named by enemy in battle”
