Fair Lawn NJ Police Honor Guar

The Fair Lawn Honor Guard patch was designed by P.O. Steve Cannizzaro and Det/Sgt. Robert Kneer in 2001. In front of the police officer's memorial badge are three flags: the NJ State flag, the flag of the United States, and the Police Officer's Memorial flag.
