USACops.com has contact adresses for many agenices, but only municipal police and county sheriff's, no info for state police/highway patrol, park rangers, Indian tribal police, federal agenices, etc
Since September 11th, 2001, paranoia has taken hold and now politicians say they'll protect us from our nightmares. I donated 50 sterling silver EOD badges to the LAPD and never heard from them, but then I had given them that gift just after 9/11. The police do not seem as friendly now and appear to be all business.
