Shall we...blackjack?

Well dear friends, I have this idea: Let's play a quiz game. The first one who answers correctly the following four questions, scores immediately blackjack (21) & earns the right to post his own four questions. Shall we proceed?

-Question 1 (easy, 1 point): Isoroku Takano, was one of the greatest (if not the greatest) military masterminds of the Japanese Navy in WWII. He was behind the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour in 1941 & the successfull Japanese evacuation of the Guadalcanal island. His plane was shot down on April 18th 1943. He's known to us by his adopted name. Who is he?
-Q2 (medium, 2 points): What was the code name of the German plan for the capturing of Gibraltar in WWII?
-Q3 (difficult, 8 points): On December 8, 1914, Royal Navy defeated the Germans in the naval battle of Falklands. Who was the CO of the British force?
-Q4 (very difficult, 10 points): In June 1812, the US Congress declared war on the UK. In the battles that followed (between the US & the British forces), the British lost two General officers: The first one (killed on September 1, 1814), was Lt.Gen. Robert Ross. Who was the second one?
