Can somebody name some major US law enforcement agencies (any agency with more then 500 full time sworn members) that I havent found the rank insignia for? They can be police, sheriff, etc (not State agencies as I already have a list of the different state police forces). Or where I could find a list of major city police forces in the US?

And this document lists all NY Police Departments by size and county , without web links however. You may already have this list as your coverage of New York seems pretty thorough.
