Fairlawn NJ Police 5th Issue 1993

This is Fair Lawn's 5th police patch. It is 3 1/2" wide and 4 3/4" high and also went on a gray and black uniform. The background of this patch is black cloth and everything else on the patch is embroidered. This patch was in service from March 1993 to December 31,1999.
