MCPO of the Navy and Coast Guard rating badges

Does anybody have the MCPO of the Navy or MCPO of the Coast Guard rating badges to sell or trade?
Manufacturers are no longer allowed to sell them since 9-11, and their offices will not give them out.
Any advice would be appreciated!
