Hi !

Attention, this Order is not the real order of Malta, which uses red uniform with black lapels. ( the class is determined by the number and form of embroidery aroud sleeves and lapels, while the rank itself is depicted by the different (white, not green) stars around the neck ( with a black ribbon ), which are not decoration in that case ). Although this order of Saint Lazarus is a real a respectable welfare association, its legitimity as an order of chivalry is rather doubtfull. ( it seems to have been gradually suppressed, that means without making promotions, by Louis XVIII ).
