Uppermost insignia is a civilian issue lapel pin with the flag of the Republic of Moldavia. The two silver circular badges on the extremities are proficiency badges for the youth military preparation movement. Below and to the left of the eagle badge, the square, green background badge is also a civilian issue, comemorating the St. Michael church.

Thank you Miklós
this is for sure a start of the translation, it would be nice to know also where these pins are from like for example if it is Russian, Moldovan, Rumanian, etc...

As far as I can see, those all Russian pin-ups. Some are anniversary like 100 years to a polytechnic museum or Gor’kov’s Circus, the other like "Striker of the Socialist Work.” There also "Stage II and III" seems to be in running, there Soviet Army’s Good Service award for Ground and Air Force, cities – Perm’, Vyasniki, and Archangels and some more like participant in Finist (e.i. Falcon) Balalaika trials concert.

I hope this helps, Zibster! smilies-05
