The English translations of the Estonian Senior NCO Ranks on Uniform Insignia are incorrect.

The correct translations for SNCO ranks for the Army, Navy and Air Force are described in Paragraph 29(3) of the Defence Forces Service Act (see link below):

http://www.legaltext.ee/en/andmebaas/paraframe.asp?loc=text&lk=et&sk=en&dok=X40039K9.htm&query=act&tyyp=X&ptyyp=RT&pg=12&fr=no

To summarise:

NOOREMVEEBEL - Junior Warrant Officer

VEEBEL - Warrant Officer

VANEMVEEBEL - Senior Warrant Officer

STAABIVEEBEL - Staff Warrant Officer

ULEMVEEBEL - Chief Warrant Officer
