Anybody remember Iron Eagle?
I just watched it a few days ago.
It came out in the 1980's. I think it was supposed to mimic the bombing of Libya and Qaddafi.

fun fact: The lead bad guy (played by David Suchet) actually wears german ww2 medal ribbons on his uniform.
