Hi, I was wondering if there is anyone here (Medic?) that would like to design some hypothetical uniforms and insginia for WW2 Kriegsmarine carrier personnel and naval pilots?
Such items as flight suits, carrier war badges, frontline aviation clasps etc...

I suppose you could use a profile a carrier in the style of the destroyer and speed boat badges.
Here's a pic of the Graff Zeppelin from 1938

This may be what you have in mind for carrier personnel.
Carrier air crew could have air force bades with addition of anchor.

Hi,
Were you thinking along the lines of a German equivalent to the unique variants on Royal Navy cap badge and rank markings that were worn by the RNAS before the formation of the RAF...?

I'll have a think about it...
Unfortunately, I'm afraid to say that I don't have a lot of spare time at the moment (that's work for you), so don't expect any drawings any time soon (!).

I think the kiregsmarine's badge would feature either a luftwaffe eagle clutching an anchor or an eagle rising/flying above a ship or some waves.
