I agree so as well.
I have noticed that often new things will be posted and not noted on the updates page for some time after it was actually added to the site.

Definitely someone has updated the website.
It works automatically. Some time ago I corrected the typographic error on one of the Polish pages and it was immiedietly brought in front on the "updates" page.
