All of the Commonwealth Nations use the British other ranks system (except Canada)
Do any of them modify or alter their use of this system by their ground forces? I
mean do they fill all grades or do they not fill certain grades?
I believe I read somewhere that Australia is phaseing out the grade of Staff Sergeant in their ground Forces. I think this is being done to establish a new proficiency grade of
private.
In the above I mean by system two grades of jr. nco two grades of sr. nco and at least two grades of warrant officer.
