The British System in other Countries

The British Army rank system is used by many countries around the world. Some of these countries, according to this site, only use one grade of Warrant officer.
Could someone inform me as to how these various countries utilize the single Warrant grade? Do they use it as Company Sergeant Major or Regimental Sergeant Major or as a technical or administrative specialist of some sort?
Thanks

I think most countries that use the British system use two grades of WO in the Army. Even in Britain, the RAF and (until recently) the RN only use one grade.
