I've known about the pins, but the wings are a fairly new thing.
I don't know if the pin shapes mean anything (hexagon for non-pilots/officers and circles for pilots/officers or something else)or the colors (blue for senior, red for junior, or maybe something else) or whether they are rank or branch insignia, or both, but they are fairly nice.
The wings seem to be positional, as the site says. I think these would make a nice addition to the site.
